Looking for a great movie to watch as a family?
I highly recommend BLENDED with Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore.
Jeff, the kids, and I all LOVED it. We laughed a lot and even saw a lot of ourselves in those characters. The movie is rated PG-13 because while there are no sex scenes, there are a lot of sexual innuendos and comments made throughout the story line. But really, both of our boys watched it and really enjoyed it. That aspect of the movie had no negative effects on them at all.Also on the plus side, there are some very valid life lessons pointed out in this movie. The boys even got to understand more about some of the "challenges" parents face, like having their "alone time," for example. All in all, it's a great movie to watch as a family on a relaxing weekend. Enjoy!
